Value creation over the top of digital platforms isn’t something new for the folks who live and breathe tech. Value Creation through Convenience

In this scenario, the partner leverages APIs from PX Cloud and other Cisco and third party platform to build or augment their client experiences. Convenience is the king when it comes to digital experience where the partner creates digital services around asset management, license management, contract management, compliance management, lifecycle management and so on. Customers benefits from a unified digital experience with their partner.

Value Creation through Efficiency

The final scenario is where the partner leverages APIs from PX Cloud and other Cisco and third party platform to drive their own internal efficiency. The partner delivery, customer success and renewals teams can benefit from the rich data insights from these platforms to becoming proactive and drive customer success.

Forward looking, the value creation will become more interesting when partner branded Success Tracks will be released by Cisco. With cutting-edge automation capabilities right off the box available for Cisco partners, this will accelerate partners innovation scope at a much broader scale and deliver unprecedented value to their customers.
